This fast moving fire was noticed by the homeowner and rapidly escalate into a 2 alarm response. Units were dispatched to the Hampden Township home around 10 am for a reported electrical fire. First arriving Police Department units reported a well involved house to Cumberland County 911. Initial interior crews were hampered by high winds and an extreme fire load. Command ordered a defensive action with the fire being quickly knocked down by Cumberland Truck 30.
